T10 is an expert in the development of large projects in the private sector, with luxury hotels, rehabilitation of buildings of high heritage value and luxury residential, as well as the execution of large projects focused on Leisure, such as water parks, the largest artificial beach in Europe (Alovera Beach, which will be the most emblematic water park in the world), discos and exclusive sports centres; and the public sector, with hospitals, health centres, office buildings and schools.
