The private developers of the great urban development project of La Térmica, baptized with the name of Malaca Delta, advance in the culmination of the long and extensive administrative process to which the operation has been subjected for years, with the aim of starting the marketing of housing in the first half of 2024.
This is the timetable that the managers of Nueva Marina Real Estate, in which the Ginkgo fund, Espacio and Unicaja Banco are present. This has been revealed to EL ESPAÑOL de Málaga, Rosa Villaseca, director of Promociones y Propiedades Inmobiliarias Espacio in Western Andalusia, who has valued the moment in which the whole process is currently underway.
Although we must still wait to know the prices of these apartments, Villaseca points out that they are in line with the average of the environment in which it is located, “but not in the highest range”. An area where, it should be remembered, two of the three towers planned by Metrovacesa and Sierra Blanca in the neighboring land of Torre del Río, with prices of several million euros, are already being built, and other promotions are being executed in the area of El Pato.
