This evolution is possible thanks to a release of first floor, facade rehabilitation, redesign of event rooms, optimization of kitchens and common areas as well as a pool-wellness.
The makeover of the new ONLY YOU hotel has to work on a double scale. On the one hand it has to be evident to pedestrians walking along the avenue, but at the same time it has to work at a greater distance to be seen from the car and from the Alto de Santa Justa. The close relationship with the design team of Lázaro Rosa Violán has allowed the creation of a festive and cosmopolitan atmosphere throughout the hotel, with a strong personality of its own.
The first floor functions with a continuous and versatile space being the main objective to make the hotel be perceived as an extension of the street itself.
A covered interior with a montera in the central area of the building creates on the first floor a space with great potential and light intensity that makes it the heart of our hotel.
