Project for the establishment of a Hotel in Marbella + Comprehensive Technical Assistance + Project and Management of Construction Works
Document with the aim of formalising the descriptive technical documentation for the implementation of a 5-star Grand Luxury Hotel in Marbella to accompany the application for the authorisation prior to the municipal licence that qualifies the land where this extraordinary action is to be implemented, in accordance with article 22 of Law 7/2021, of 1 December, on the Promotion of the Sustainability of the Territory of Andalusia.
The plot has a surface area of 160,000 m2 and the maximum buildable area foreseen for the project is 15,000 m2c.
